Tuwa Consultants is involved in three (3) Major Business area:
(1) Oilfield Engineering Services through its ownership in three different oilfield products and services companies.
(2) Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Operations through its percentage ownership of an E&P Company.
(3) Oilfield Consultancy Services

Oilfield Engineering Services:

Tuwa Consultants LLC, through and in collaboration with its affiliated companies (SAS Production Services Inc., Tuwal Limited, and Global ETC limited)is primarily in the business of helping Operating Companies improve their oil and gas production several folds using the most advanced Micro-Emulsion Chemical Technology. With our Microemulsion lines of chemical technologies, we address several production related issues our customers face in the life cycle of their operating assets.

The core of our operations is using our unique Micro-emulsion technology to reverse the damage caused by the drilling mud to the reservoir near wellbore and restores it back to its original virgin state and permeability – thereby enabling the well’s production to increase. We typically see productions increases ranging from 200% to over 1000%. Similarly, injection wells show huge increase of injection rates at a fraction of the usual injection pressures, leading to better sweep efficiencies.

Every well deserves to produce at its maximum potential. Hence our goal is to get the industry to include the deployment of our Micro-Emulsion Breaker Technology in every new well program and be the remediation chemistry of choice for every old well; so that every oil and gas well produces at its full potential.

We currently have major operations in the United States, Nigeria, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Libya. Our goal is to expand to every major oil producing country around the world through SAS Production Services Inc on its own or in partnership with local/indigenous service companies.

OUR SERVICES:

• Deployment of Micro-emulsion Breaker technology for well remediation & filter cake removal services to increase well production and injectivity
• Provision of chemicals for Well Bore Clean Up Services
• Provision of Production Chemicals
• Wax treatment and Inhibition both inside tubing and in surface pipes using our Micro-Dispersant line of chemicals
• Provision of well completion fluids
• Provision of Well Stimulation chemicals

Our services are applicable in all environments, new and old wells, land and offshore, oil or gas wells. We presently operate in Nigeria, but our goal is to expand to other West African countries soon.

Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Operations

Tuwa Consultants LLC, through its ownership of FACEATO Petroleum Development Company limited, and its share of Ruta Exploration and Production Company limited (operating the Ruta marginal oilfield offshore Nigeria), is involved in oil and gas exploration and production. Ruta field was awarded to FACEATO and other companies in 2021. Ruta is an ex-Chevron oil block in OML-95 in the Niger Delta of Nigeria. It is estimated to hold about 30 million Barrels of recoverable reserve. Development of the field will commence in 2022 with first oil expected in 2023, reaching a peak of 10,000 Bopd within 2 years.

With the application of our microemulsion technology in Ruta field, we believe we can take the peak production to 20,000 Bopd – 30,000 Bopd, thereby adding tremendous value to the shareholders of Ruta E&P limited.
